SmartSensor™ Water Quality Monitoring Device

The SmartSensor™ is a hand-held or plumbed in place digital water quality monitor designed to replace paper test strips and liquid colour test kits. The SmartSensor™ comes with it’s own Windows based software.

The SmartSensor™ is a hand-held, or permanently installed, water quality sensor giving real time readout information on the quality of the water with which it comes in contact. The readings include pH, ORP, chlorine levels, alkalinity, temperature, and current time and date information. The SmartSensor™ is also available with built in memory and software capable of retaining the data in memory at specific time intervals. The unit is also capable of the generation of specific warning alerts when necessary such as; sending an e-mail, flashing a light or sounding an alarm.

The SmartSensor™ is manufactured by The Weir-Jones Engineering Group, an ISO 9000-2000 certified company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The company is selling patented technology systems world-wide.

The Weir-Jones Group are immersed into the fields of marine and ground transportation systems, structural engineering, mining equipment, offshore systems and contract research and development work. Aquatabs® Water Purification Tablets

Water purification tablets for travel, camping, emergency preparedness and humanitarian aid.

Aquatabs® water purification tablets are an important tool in providing safe, potable drinking water around the world. From 1 L to 10,000 L the Aquatabs® are a reliable, safe and easy to use water disinfectant.

Aquatabs® are an internationally recognized brand of NaDCC water purification tablets that have been tried and tested in a wide range of natural and polluted water sources. When added to water they dissolve to release a measured dose of hypochlorous acid (free available chlorine) that is universally recognized as a safe and effective water disinfectant. This unique tablet, while chlorine based, will not colour the water or leave objectionable chemical tastes resulting in a very palatable water.

Aquatabs® have been successfully used by all the major international aid agencies and NGO's such as the WHO (World Health Organization), UNICEF, MSF (Medecins Sans Frontieres), and Red Cross Organizations, since the mid 1980's for water disinfecting, often in the most adverse and difficult conditions. Aquatabs'® NaDCC (ACL 60) is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 60 and has been approved for drinking water treatment by the US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and the WHO (World Health Organization). A detailed Conformance Report is available upon request.

Aquatabs® are shipped in individual, secure, blister pack packaging and are available in a wide variety of doses including: 1L and 20L.
